  • STEP 1:  MAKE THE CALL (PRE-APPLICATION)

The first step in getting help is to reach out and ask for it. This is only something you can do. If you are ready. If you are willing. Get to a phone and give us a call. Nobody else can do this part for you. We have to hear from you.

We have a few simple questions to ask before we can accept your application. We need to know that you either have been or are in the process of being detoxed from all addictive medications and substances. We need an address and phone number where you can be reached. You need to know that you are physically capable of performing daily tasks. And, most importantly, we need to know that you are seeking help of your own free will.

Do you want to find a new way of life? Are you willing to take the steps necessary? Are you ready to reach out for help? Then, make the call!

  • STEP 2:  SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

The next step is to submit your application. You can either download it and print it out right here, or we can mail one to you.

Just complete the application and mail it to us. Men need to send there applications to the Hebron Colony Campus and women need to send theirs to the Grace Home Campus. These addresses can be found on the application. At this time, all applications must be submitted by regular mail. We do not accept faxed or emailed applications.

Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted by our admissions director with an admission date.

If you have the made the initial call and received a passcode, you may click on the button below to download your application.

  • STEP 3:  GET YOUR TEST RESULTS IN

This is the one requirement that tends to cause most people to fall back on the waiting list. At the same time, it is the one thing that will help get you in the quickest, so please read carefully.

Part of the application is the blood test results page. These are very simple tests that can be performed by most any doctor or health clinic. Very often at low or no cost for those willing to explain the reason for the tests.

We require screening for HIV, Tuberculosis, and Hepatitis C. Applicants testing positive for these conditions are not precluded from acceptance. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The form in the application packet should be given to your doctor or health clinic for completion.  This is for their convenience but we will accept any form they may choose to use. We do accept test results by fax or email sent directly from medical offices.

  • STEP 4:  KEEP IN TOUCH (WEEKLY CHECK-IN)

    VERY IMPORTANT

Once you have been contacted by our Admissions Director and placed on the entrance list, it is very important that you make weekly "check-in" phone calls to the ministry. This helps us to know that you are serious about your decision; but more importantly, these calls are meant to provide you with encouragement and to assure you that God will provide the strength and help you need along the way.

These calls are also the fastest way to move up in the waiting list. We receive many calls and many applications, but the ones who follow through - get us their blood test results - make the calls - these are the ones who get in the quickest.

    You do your part...

    We'll do ours...

And let God have it all...

Then, you will be on the road to a new life free from the bondage of addiction!

  • STEP 5:  GET HERE (ADMISSION)

Once your admission date arrives, it's time for you to get here. It's time for you to be set free from addiction and bondage and to begin a new life!

You will have already spoken with our admissions director and discussed your various needs and the things you need to do to prepare for your time at Hebron Colony or Grace Home.

To review, you may click the link below and print out a copy of what you will need during your stay and what we recommend that you bring with you. It also lists the things you should not bring, so be sure to review it carefully.
